Booking Terms & Conditions
- BOOKING & PAYMENT -
50% deposit is required upon booking and the remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior check in. If required payments have not been paid within timeframe, your booking is not secure.
- CANCELLATION POLICY STANDARD -
(booking with check in date between 1st Feb - 30th Nov)
Free cancellation 30 days prior to your check in date however a $50 admin fee is due on any cancellation.
If you cancel 30 to 14 days prior to your booking, 50% of the total amount is non refundable.
If you cancel within 14 days of your booking 100% of the total amount is non refundable.
- CANCELLATION POLICY CHRISTMAS -
(booking booking with check in date between 1st Dec- 31st Jan)
Free cancellation 60 days prior to your check in date however a $50 admin fee is due on any cancellation.
If you cancel 60 to 30 days prior to your booking, 50% of the total amount is non refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days of your booking 100% of the total amount is non refundable.
For early departures we reserve the right to charge the full rate of your original booking.
CHECK- IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is no earlier than 2.00pm unless an early check-in has been arranged with Management.
If you require an early check-in please speak to Management as we will accommodate this request where possible. If you require a later check-in, please advise Management at the time of booking.
Check-Out time is 10.00am. If you require a late check-out, please let us know and we will accommodate this where possible, for an extra fee.
KEYS
Upon check-out it it asked that guests leave their key on the kitchen table in their cabin. A replacement fee of $50.00 per item shall be charged to the guests account in the event any keys are not returned.
CLEANING & DAMAGES
We ask that guests leave the cabins in a clean and tidy condition and that all dishes are done by the guest upon exit. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights stay if the aforementioned are not done.
The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the apartment) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment, cash security deposit and also may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival. Any additional charges may be referred to collection services and action will be taken for the recovery of such.
PETS
All pets are welcomed at Bundalong Riverside Resort. When in the park, please ensure they are on a lead and not able to free roam.
Please let management know if you intent to bring your loved one.
Please note we charge an extra $50 cleaning fee for any animals staying in the Cabins.
SWIMMING POOL
Our swimming pool is open from 10am to 10pm. Please note that we do not employ a life guard and as such all children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. The pool area is strictly a 'no glass' area. Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.
BBQ AREA
The BBQ in the Pool Area is available to all our guests for use. We ask that the BBQ is left in a clean state after use. If the BBQ is left in a dirty condition there will be a cleaning fee of $50 applied.
SMOKING
Bundalong Riverside Resort has a 100% indoors smoke-free environment and as such we will charge a Cabin recovery fee of $800 to guests who do not comply with this policy, in order to recover the extensive cost of returning our
Cabins to a smoke-free condition.
VISITORS
Guest's are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with all house rules. We ask that all visitors leave by 11pm.
COMPLIANCE
Breach of these house rules is a breach of the Terms & Conditions of occupancy. The owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow the house rules or who cause a nuisance.
Occupancy of the cabin is granted under the acceptance of the
above-mentioned
Terms & Conditions.
