Terms & Conditions
- BOOKING & PAYMENT -
50% deposit is required upon booking and the remainder of the payment is due 14 days prior to check in. If required payments have not been paid within timeframe, your booking is not secure.
- CANCELLATION POLICY STANDARD -
(booking with check in date between 1st Feb - 30th Nov)
Free cancellation 30 days prior to your check in date however a $50 admin fee is due on any cancellation.
If you cancel 30 to 14 days prior to your booking, 50% of the total amount is non refundable.
If you cancel within 14 days of your booking 100% of the total amount is non refundable.
- CANCELLATION POLICY CHRISTMAS -
(booking booking with check in date between 1st Dec- 31st Jan)
Free cancellation 60 days prior to your check in date however a $50 admin fee is due on any cancellation.
If you cancel 60 to 30 days prior to your booking, 50% of the total amount is non refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days of your booking 100% of the total amount is non refundable.
For early departures we reserve the right to charge the full rate of your original booking.
- Noise levels in the park -
We want you to enjoy your stay but please be aware of the impact of your noise on others and keeping your neighbours happy. Noise and music should not impact any other property and noise levels are to be respectful at all times.
- Obligations -
ALL Guest shall be responsible for the Property during the Guest’s stay. The Guests shall take all reasonable care of the Property and at the end of the stay shall leave the Property including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the Property in a clean and tidy condition. The Guest shall be liable for any extra cleaning, breakages or damage caused to the Property deducted from your credit card. Please note our cleaners check over the villas thoroughly before new guests arrive to ensure no damage from the previous guest has been made. If you sight any damage in your villa please approach management after checking in.
- Valuables -
Please note that management is not responsible for loss and damage of personal belonging or valuables such as but not limited to, money jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in Villas.
- Pets -
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. Property neighbours may call the local ranger if the dog is barking. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be deducted from the Security Bond. Pets are not permitted into bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/ bedding where applicable.Pets that are allowed inside should be cleaned and fully dried off before being allowed to enter the property.Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified, these items will not be available at the property. Guests must dispose of pet faeces and this is to be done in a clean and sanitary manner.
